NAIROBI / MOUNT KENYA SAFARI CLUB

Depart from the hotel at 0730hrs and drive to Mount Kenya safari club. Located on the slopes of Africa’s 2nd highest mountain it straddles the equator in a glory of luxurious cottages, elegant buildings amidst manicured lawns and decorative ponds. Arriving in time for lunch. Spend the whole day at the Club enjoying facilities. Dinner and overnight Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club.

MOUNT KENYA SAFARI CLUB/SAMBURU GAME RESERVE

Enjoy an early morning breakfast. After breakfast drive further north across the equator to Samburu National Reserve, arriving at Sarova Shaba Game Lodge / Samburu Simba Lodge / Ashnil Samburu Camp in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive. Samburu is a home of rarely found species Samburu’s “Special Five” (the reticulated giraffe, long-necked gerenuk, Somali ostrich, Grevy’s zebra and the beisa oryx only found at the north of the equator). All meals and overnight at Sarova Shaba Game Lodge / Samburu Simba Lodge / Ashnil Samburu Camp.

SAMBURU GAME RESERVE

After breakfast, you will depart the lodge with packed lunches and proceed to Samburu village where you will interact with the Samburu people and learn their culture. Return to the lodge with game enroute arriving at the lodge late in the afternoon. Samburu is a beautiful and game abundant park, home to rarely found species such as the Beisa Oryx, G revy’s zebra, blue-necked Somali ostrich and reticulated giraffe (only found in the north of equator). In the evening you will celebrate the birthday and here you will enjoy samburu dance at the lodge. All meals and overnight at Sarova Shaba Game Lodge / Samburu Simba Lodge / Ashnil Samburu Camp.

Enjoy an early morning breakfast, depart Samburu with game enroute to Mount Kenya Safari Club. Arriving in time for lunch. Check in and have lunch. Afternoon at Leisure. Dinner and overnight at Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club.
